Robert Keenan is the Community Cooperation Officer with Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador. Robert began working with MNL in April 2009, working on a variety of community collaborative projects, such as the municipal climate change adaptation workbook, the Fogo Island amalgamation, the Regional Government Initiative and the municipal benchmarking initative. Robert has a BA (Honours) and an MA from Memorial University and an LLB from the University of New Brunswick. Prior to joining MNL, Robert worked as a criminal and family law lawyer in Saint John, New Brunswick and Fort McMurray, Alberta.
